Migrant crossings into Italy from Libya have more than halved this summer - following some of the worst sea conditions and frequent clashes Libyan coast. However Italy remains the biggest point of entry for migrants and refugees into Europe. But many of those that make the hazardous journey face gruelling conditions once they arrive.
